Kejari Donggala Sita 254 Assets Related To Alleged Corruption Of Perumda Uwe Lino

DjongGALA - The District Attorney (Kejari) Donggala, Central Sulawesi confiscated a number of motor vehicle assets and land certificates related to the alleged corruption case in the financial management of the Uwe Lino Regional Public Drinking Water Company (Perumda) in Donggala Regency from 2021 to 2025.

Head of the Intelligence Section of the Attorney General's Office, Donggala Ikram, was met in Banawa Donggala, saying that his party had searched and confiscated the alleged findings at Perumda Uwe Lino.

"So the Head of the Attorney General's Office, Donggala, issued an investigation warrant on the alleged corruption in the financial management of Perumda Uwe Lino from 2021 to 2025," said Ikram, quoted by Antara.

He stated that the search and confiscation was based on a warrant for the confiscation of the head of the Donggala District Attorney and a letter of determination of the search of the Donggala District Court Number: 129/Pid.B. Geledah/2025/PN Dgl.

"We searched and confiscated evidence and evidence allegedly related to allegations of corruption at Perumda Uwe Lino," he said.

The investigating prosecutor at the Donggala District Attorney has succeeded in confiscating a total of 254 asset items.

"These assets include moving and immovable items, as well as cash such as a black Honda Stylo Motorcycle unit, a Mitsubishi Pajero Car, three land certificates, two jewelry, 10 electronic equipment and cash reaching Rp850 million," he said.

It is known that the Donggala Kejari received reports of alleged corruption in the misuse of funds from the Uwe Lino Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) reaching Rp5 billion.
