BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Jakarta Cilincing Gencar Protects Culinary Sector Workers

JAKARTA - BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Jakarta Cilincing Branch continues to optimize the protection of employment social security for all workers, including those in the culinary ecosystem such as restaurants and food businesses.

Through massive socialization and education, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Jakarta Cilincing invites culinary business actors to register their workers in four main programs, namely Work Accident Insurance (JKK), Death Security (JKM), Old Age Security (JHT), and Pension Security (JP).

One of the business actors who has provided complete protection for its employees is Chandra Rasa Nusantara, a typical Padang restaurant operating in the North Jakarta area.

Head of the Jakarta Cilincing BPJS Employment Branch Office, Rita Mariana, expressed her appreciation to Chandra Rasa's management, as well as affirming her full commitment to expanding the coverage of protection for culinary sector workers.

"We really appreciate Chandra Rasa Nusantara's steps in registering all of its workers with the BPJS Employment program. This is clear evidence that culinary business actors also care about the welfare and protection of their workers," said Rita Mariana, Monday, November 24.

Rita mengajak pelaku usaha kuliner lainnya segera mendaftarkan pekerja mereka ke BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.

"Hopefully this will be an inspiration and example for other culinary business actors in the North Jakarta area," he hoped.

With more and more formal and informal sector workers being protected, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Jakarta Cilincing is optimistic that the participation target in its working area will increase, while providing a sense of security for workers and their families.
