Huawei GT 6 Pro And GT 6 Officially Launch, Bring Advanced GPS And Cycling Power Tracking

JAKARTA - Huawei officially released the GT 6 and GT 6 Pro smartwatches in India after its global debut in September 2025. Both smart hours continue the GT series tradition that highlights outdoor sports tracking capabilities, more accurate heart rate monitoring, and long battery life.

Both GT 6 and GT 6 Pro support measurements of bicycle pedaling power directly from the wrist, present more than 100 sports modes, and offer 5ATM water resistance. Both are compatible with Android and iOS devices, with battery life reaching 21 days.

As a premium variant, the Huawei GT 6 Pro comes with a titanium alloy body and a sapphire glass coating for extra resistance. The screen uses an AMOLED 1.47-inch panel with a resolution of 466\times 466, 317 PPI, and a peak brightness level of 3,000 nits which facilitates outdoor use.

This clock relies on a GPS Positioning System Sunflower positioning system compatible with GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, GALILLEO, QZSS, and NaviC. GT 6 Pro is designed for activities such as trail running, hiking, and cycling, including the ability to measure cycling power directly from the wrist. In addition, there is a more in-depth training analysis as well as sleep monitoring with recovery insight.

The GT 6 Pro Dimension is 45.6 \times 45.6 \times 11.25 mm with a weight of 54.7 grams (without a strap). This variant is equipped with an accelerator sensor, gyroscope, magnetometer, heart rate sensor, barometer, temperature sensor, ambient light sensor, ECG, to depth sensor. This clock has a rotating crown as the main button and one additional button on the right side. The choice of the strap includes black fluoroelastic, brown female, and titanium fluoroes.

Battery life reaches 21 days for typical use, 7 days in Always On Display (AOD) mode, and 40 hours when used in outdoor sports mode. Charging is done wirelessly with input support of 510V DC and up to 2A. In addition to 5ATM, this watch also has IP69 certification and can be used for diving up to 40 meters.

The GT 6 model comes in sizes 46 mm and 41 mm. The body clock uses stainless steel material, but still carries the core capabilities of the Pro version. The 46 mm version uses a 1.47-inch AMOLED screen with resolutions 466\times 466 and 317 PPI, while the 41 mm model uses 1.32-inch AMOLED screen with the same resolution and 352 PPI.

Dimension version 46 mm is 46\times 46\times 10.95 mm with a weight of 51.3 grams, while version 41.3 mm is 41.3\times 41.3\times 9.99 mm with a weight of 37.5 grams. The size of the wrist is different depending on the model and type of the strap.

Sensor features include accelerometers, gyroscopes, magnetometers, heart rate sensors, barometers, temperature sensors, and light sensors. Both support NFC, Bluetooth 6.0, as well as GPS multi-systems complete with NaviC.

Battery life in the 46 mm model reaches 21 days of typical use, 12 days of normal use, 7 days in AOD mode, and up to 40 hours in outdoor sports mode. Meanwhile, the 41 mm version offers 14 days of typical use, 7 days of normal use, 5 days of AOD, and 25 hours of outdoor mode. Both also support wireless charging.

The choice of strap includes fluoroelastomers, composite women, composite leathers, and Milanese.
