3 New Suspects In The Koltim Hospital Bribery Case Detained By The KPK, There Is One ASN Ministry Of Health
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has detained three new suspects in the bribery case for the construction project of the East Kolaka Regional General Hospital (RSUD). One of them is Hendrik Permana as the state civil apparatus (ASN) at the Ministry of Health (Kemenkes).
"The suspects were detained for the first 20 days starting from November 24 to December 13, 2025 at the KPK Red and White building branch detention center," said Acting Deputy for Enforcement and Execution Asep Guntur Rahayu at a press conference at the KPK's Red and White building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Monday, November 24.
Asep said that the determination of the three suspects was the development of the hand arrest operation (OTT) that ensnared East Kolaka Regent Abdul Azis along with four other people in August 2025.
The following is a complete list of newly detained suspects:
In this case, Asep explained, Hendrik acts as an intermediary. He promised to pass or secure the Special Allocation Fund (DAK) ceiling for a number of cities/districts.
"With the condition that the fee is 2 percent," said Asep, who also serves as Director of KPK Investigations.
Hendrik then met with Ageng Darmanto as PPK for the RSUD construction project in Koltim. This meeting was called Asep to discuss the basic design of the regional hospital, which was built using DAK.
"Where the DAK of the East Kolaka Regional Hospital has a significant increase in budget proposals from Rp. 47.6 billion to Rp. 170.3 billion," he said.
Hendrik then followed up the increase in the proposal by asking for money as a sign of his seriousness towards Yasin as an ASN in the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Bapenda as well as Abdul Azis' confidant who served as the East Kalimantan Regent at that time.
The sign is said to be important so that the proposal does not change again. "Furthermore, in November 2024, YSN gave Rp50 million to HP as initial money which is part of the commitment fee."
Asep also explained that Yasin gave money to Ageng Darmanto in the amount of Rp. 400 million for business under the table with the private sector, namely Deddy Karnady from PT Pilar Pintar Pintar Putra during March-August 2025. This gift is said to be related to the design of the Koltim Hospital building, which is suspected to be part of a project controlled by Hendrik.
Then, Yasin received Rp3.3 billion from March-August 2025. The money was then channeled to Hendrik in the amount of Rp1.5 billion.
"A total of Rp977 million was secured from YSN during the activity of being caught red-handed in August 2025," said Asep.
Then, Aswin also received Rp365 million for being the link between PT PCP and Ageng Darmanto. "From a total of Rp500 million," explained Asep.
As a result of his actions, these three suspects were then suspected of violating Article 12 letter a or Article 12 letter b or Article 11 of Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption as amended by Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning Amendments to Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption jo. Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code.
