Bansos Broker Harry Van Sidabuke Says Juliari's Men Ask 'Potek' Bansos Rp2000
JAKARTA - Brokers PT Pertani (Persero) and PT Mandala Hamonangan Sude, Harry Van Sidabuke said had been asked to submit a commission fee of Rp2000 per social assistance package (bansos) by the former Office of Commitment Maker (PPK) Kemensos, Matheus Joko Santoso.
The statement was delivered by Harry when he was a witness to the trial of alleged corruption of Bansos in Jabodetabek in 2020 with defendant Juliari Peter Batubara.
Initially, presiding judge Muhammad Damis questioned the agreement between Harry and Matheus about the fee commitment for each package.
So, Harry admits there was such a demand. The nominal is Rp2000 per package bansos.
"The request is Rp2000 pack," harry said in a hearing at the Tipikor Court, Monday, May 24.
Hearing the statement, Damis confirmed the question. Harry was asked to mention the agreed fee.
"I want to know what is agreed regarding the payment of fees from each package?" asked Damis.
"Approximately Rp1500," replied Harry.
Not until there, Damis again asked a more detailed question. He alluded to the total fee given to Metheus during the bansos tender.
"How much total fee did you give?" asked Damis.
"Rp1.28 billion from 1.59 million packages carried out by Pertani and Mandala," said Harry.
For information, defendant Matheus Joko Santoso is accused of being an intermediary of former Minister of Social Affairs Juliari P. Batubara in collecting some money from vendors who worked on food packages reached Rp 32.4 billion.
