Offroad Jetour T2 SUV Specification Surgery Claimed To Be Comfortable For The Daily

JAKARTA PT Jetour Sales Indonesia officially kicked off the market by launching its newest boxy-style SUV, Jetour T2. This Chinese model comes as a complete package, sturdy body, cross-field cruising capabilities, as well as the latest technology and safety features that redefine the meaning of a formidable SUV in the modern era.

Marketing Director of PT Jetour Sales Indonesia, Moch Ranggy Radisyah, emphasized that Jetour T2 is not only designed for extreme terrain, but is also friendly for daily mobility needs.

Carrying the concept of a rugby adventure SUV, Jetour T2 has a dimensions of 4,785 mm, a width of 2,006 mm, a height of 1,880 mm, with a wheelbase of 2,800 mm. This proportion is combined with a firm silhouette boxy, a distinctive grille, characterized wheels, and futuristic lighting that makes it look good on the off-road route, but remains elegant when crossing city streets.

Behind the design, Jetour T2 was built using the Hardtop Cage Body structure with 80 percent high-strength steel. The torsional stiffness rate reaches 31,000 Nm, the roof is able to withstand loads of up to 300 kg, and is equipped with a strengthening of legs and metal underwater shields.

This combination makes vehicles ready to be used for outdoor activities, including the use of rooftop tenants to overlanding needs. Regarding performance, Jetour T2 relies on a 245 PS powered Kunpeng Power 2.0 TGDI engine with 375 Nm torque, combined with the 4WD Intelligent X-WD system which has six driving modes.

This performance is designed to remain optimal both on urban roads and on extreme terrain. A number of supporting features such as All-Terrain Offroad Assist Mode, Intelligent Crawling, and Hill Descent Control are also embedded to ensure off-road experience remains safe and easy, even for novice drivers.

Entering the cabin, Jetour T2 is equipped with modern panels in the form of 10.25-inch LCD instrument cluster, 15.6-inch center touchscreen, and 540$ Panoramic Camera. Offroad 4X4 A71 255/60 R19 also supports a tough character, but still less noise is designed for daily comfort.

In terms of safety, Jetour T2 already carries the latest generation 5 + 3 ADAS sensor suite. This combination of fifth-generation radar and third-generation cameras provides a wider detection range, wider object recognition, and higher sensor-fusion accuracy.

Features such as Forward Collision Warning (FCW) and Rear Collision Warning (RCW) working side by side with Advanced Emergency Braking (AEB) to prevent potential collisions. While Blind Spot Detection (BSD) and Lane Change Warning (LCW) help maintain security while moving routes.

The comfort of driving is also supported by Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Intelligent Cruise Assist (ICA), Lane Keeping Assist (LKA), to Traffic Jam Assist (TJA) which makes long trips and traffic conditions feel more relaxed.

For maneuvering and parking, there are 540$ Surround Vision, Door Open Warning (DOW), and Rear Crossing Traffic Alert (RCTA). Not to forget the Intelligent High Beam (IHB) feature for night visibility, as well as Wading Radar which monitors the water depth while crossing the puddle.

Regarding prices, Jetour T2 is marketed with a tag of IDR 588 million on the road (OTR) in Jabodetabek. Especially for the first 500 consumers, Jetour provides special offers at a price of IDR 568 million.
