Investigate The Cause Of The Cumi Search Vessel Fire In Penjaringan, Police Check 4 Witnesses

A total of four witnesses were questioned by the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Sunda Kelapa Police in the aftermath of the burning of a squid search boat on Jalan Dermaga, Muara Angke, Pluit Village, Penjaringan, North Jakarta.

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Sunda Kelapa Police, Iptu Indra Basuki, said that the witnesses who had just taken information were those who were at the location when the fire broke out.

"We are still investigating whether there is a criminal element in the fire of this ship," said Iptu Indra when confirmed, Sunday, November 23.

Meanwhile, the crime scene processing was carried out after the condition of the ship was successfully extinguished and declared safe.

Based on the information from the police investigation, there were no casualties in the ship fire incident.
