Liverpool Coach Arne Slot Reluctant To Talk About January Transfer Exchange
JAKARTA - Liverpool coach Arne Slot is reluctant to talk about his team's movement in the January transfer market because he will still focus on the existing matches in the remaining first half.
Quoted by Antara, from the club's official website, Saturday, November 22, Slot explained that Liverpool have so far performed quite well and he has not thought about his team's movement in the January transfer market.
The Dutch coach explained that Liverpool's defense, especially the central defender sector, could still be quite reliable.
"That's not at all a topic for me right now. We currently have three centre-backs, including Joe Gomez, of course, and maybe Ryan (Gravenberch) and Wata (Endo) who can play in that position. Maybe you don't know yet, but we do have other positions right now that are a little more of a problem," said Slot, quoted by Antara.
Furthermore, Liverpool are scheduled to face Nottingham Forest in the 12th week of the Premier League at Anfield Stadium, Liverpool, Saturday, November 22 at 22.00 WIB.
Regarding this match, Slot explained that the match was certain to be difficult, especially now that Nottingham Forest is having a new spirit because it is handled by new coach Sean Dyche.
According to Slot, Dyche's style of play is more like Nuno Espirito Santo when dealing with Nottingham Forest and this will certainly be a challenge for Mohamed Salah and colleagues.

Slot assessed that Nottingham Forest now has the potential to make it difficult for Liverpool even though the team has made two changes to coaches so far.
"No single manager is exactly the same, but Nuno (Espirito Santo's) style of play is more like Sean Dyche than perhaps Ange Postecoglou. Again, not similar, but more similar," explained Slot.
"So, I think the game will probably be similar to our last game against them, with Sean Dyche replacing Ange Postecoglou," he concluded.
