Police Have Arrested Four Suspects Of Burning The House Of The Medan District Court Judge
The Medan City Police (Polrestabes), North Sumatra, arrested four suspects in the alleged burning case of the house of the Medan District Court Judge, Khamozaro Waruwu.
"We arrested four suspects, namely FA. S, HS, MM," said Medan Police Chief Jean Calvijn as quoted by ANTARA, Friday, November 21.
Jean said the fire that occurred based on the results of the disclosure was a previously planned action.
He explained that the suspect FA was the main actor in the burning of the house because the element of heartache against the victim.
Meanwhile, three other victims, Jean, said they were involved in the theft of the alleged burning of the judge's house.
"The suspect FA burned down the room and took the victim's valuables," he said.
In the disclosure, Jean said the FA suspect, who was a former employee of the victim, burned himself.
After carrying out the arson, he said, the suspect FA took the victim's valuables and sold them which were assisted by other suspects.
"The suspects S and HS helped the FA suspect to sell the victim's jewelry and the suspect MM was the collector of the stolen goods," he said.
In the disclosure, the Medan Polrestabes confiscated evidence in the form of motorbikes, cash, gold, suspect's clothes and a number of equipment used in the action.
"We are examining 48 witnesses in this case," he said.
