MiHoYo Announces Varsapura, A New Open World Game Full Of Secrets

JAKARTA - The MIHoYo game development company officially announced Varsapura, a new open-world game project, which is currently under development at Unreal Engine 5.

Platforms and release dates have not been announced, but the company is recruiting several roles related to the game at its offices located in Shanghai and Singapore.

Varsapura's announcement was delivered through a narrative document themed by the fictional organization SEAL Shadow Emergency Alliance, entitled Internal Directive 047-EX.

In the document, SEAL explains that the entire footage of the footage displayed comes from a real operating environment with the codename RTX4090, and asks anyone who finds anomalies or glitches to report it via a secure communication channel.

When entering Varsapura, the protagonist's appearance changes according to the preferences of each audience. The origin of this parapsicological effect is still unknown," the announcement said.

SEAL stressed that the public should remain calm and avoid excessive speculation to prevent potential Cognosea disruption events, ensuring that full spectral monitoring is being carried out actively.

In the same announcement, miHoYo stated that for now only a version of the English voice is available, while additional language modules are being developed and will be released once system stability is confirmed.

Until now, MiHoYo has not disclosed additional details regarding the gameplay mechanism, the main story, or the platform target for Varsapura.
