Changan Announces The Price Of Lumin And Deepal S07 Electric Cars At GJAW 2025, Starting At IDR 178 Million
JAKARTA Changan officially announced the prices of its first two electric cars sold in Indonesia, Deepal S07 and Lumin, at the 2025 Gaikindo Jakarta Auto Week (GJAW) event, Friday, November 21.
Lumin's electric city car was released to the market with a price of IDR 178 million, while the Deepal S07 electric SUV was marketed at a price of IDR 599 million.
This is a concrete step for Changan after previously introducing his brand officially in Indonesia on Wednesday, November 19. The Chinese manufacturer also appointed the Indomobil Group as the brand holder (ATPM) agent.
Deepal S07 and Lumin themselves have been assembled locally in the Completely Knock Down (CKD) scheme. SEA Sales Dept. Regional Director Changan Automobile Henry Huang, explained that Indonesia is one of the key markets in Changan regional expansion.
"When we look at Indonesia, we see the potential for long-term growth. The most important thing is that the government has a positive policy for the development of electric vehicles," said Henry Huang at ICE BSD, Tangerang.
"We believe this is the right moment for Changan to bring technological innovation to Indonesia. We are committed to providing extraordinary experience for consumers," he continued.

On the other hand, Changan Indonesia CEO Setiawan Surya, sees GJAW 2025 as the ideal stage to introduce two electric vehicles full of innovations. Starting from Lumin which is suitable for urban areas, and Deepal S07 which is full of modern technology.
