Chaeyoung Absent All TWICE Activities Until The End Of The Year
JAKARTA - Chaeyoung TWICE has been declared absent from the TWICE group activities until the end of this year. The JYP Entertainment agency announced that their artist was diagnosed with vasovagal synchop.
As a result, Chaeyoung will be absent from a number of TWICE concerts in the ongoing series of THIS IS FOR tours in several countries.
"Chaeyoung was diagnosed with a vasovagal syncop and it is recommended to take a break based on the results of the consultation," JYP Entertainment said via TWICE social media.
"Based on evaluation, medical advice, and in-depth discussions, Chaeyoung decided that it would take time to recover. As a result, he will tackle activities until the end of the year to prioritize health," explained the agency.
Chaeyoung was confirmed not to attend the TWICE concert in Kaohsiung, Hong Kong, and Bangkok. Until now, the agency has only been able to announce several dates.

The vasovagal sinkop is a condition in which a person faints from a heart rate and blood pressure that drops after reacting to something.
On the other hand, TWICE is on a THIS IS FOR world tour after launching an album of the same name.
