Napoli Vs Verona 1-1: Il Partenopei Fails To Qualify For Champions League

JAKARTA - The Champions League ratio belongs to Inter Milan, AC Milan, Atalanta, and Juventus, while Napoli only gets Europa League tickets.

Napoli, who hosts Verona at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium in the 2020/21 Italian League final weekend, took the lead in the 60th minute through Amir Rrahmani's goal to get them back into the top four.

However, nine minutes later Marco Faraoni equalized for Verona and the score was 1-1 down by Napoli who appeared blunt in the final third of the pitch until the whistle sounded.

Meanwhile, AC Milan and Juventus are on a winning streak. Milan, who travel to Bergamo's Gewiss Stadium, finished with a win against Atalanta in their previous three matches.

Franck Kessie converted two penalty kicks for Milan, one each in each half, to support the Rossoneri's 2–0 win. The Italian League's official website reports.

In another match that took place alongside Juventus a 4–1 win over hosts Bologna in a season-ending visit to Renato Dall'Ara.

Juve's dominance soon came to fruition six minutes after the break when Federico Chiesa grabbed the ball from Adrien Rabiot's shot which hit the crossbar.

Alvaro Morata doubled the lead in the 29th minute with his sharp header from Paulo Dybala's cross, before Rabito scored his goal just after the end of normal first-half time to solidify Juve's lead 3-0 down.

Morata scored again two minutes into the second half and Bologna could only reply five minutes before the break through Ricardo Orsolini, but Juve still scooped up the full three points while waiting for Napoli's slightly longer result.

Those results put Milan in second place with 79 points, overtaking Atalanta (78) who dropped to third.

Juventus (78) took fourth place from Napoli (77) who failed to make the Champions League next season.
