Arsenal Hunt Madrid Defender Sergio Reguilon

JAKARTA - With decent cash reserves compared to most clubs in the world, Real Madrid is not as worried about the COVID-19 crisis as some clubs.

They have money to 'burn', and more importantly, players to sell and loan to raise money if needed. In total, there are 36 players.

One of the assets that could leave is Sergio Reguilon, a product of the youth team who was loaned out to Sevilla this season. He's had a great season and has drawn the attention of all of Europe.

The ABC daily in Sevilla wrote that there were more than 10 clubs interested in using Reguilon's services, including Arsenal. The Premier League club joins Borussia Dortmund and Tottenham Hotspur in the hunt for signatures for Real Madrid academy products. Sevilla are also looking to sign him on a permanent basis.

Seeing the left-back's selling point increase with the minutes he gets in Andalusia, it makes sense for Los Blancos to loan him back and hope they can earn more money next summer when the market is expected to be a little healthier.

But if there is a good offer this summer, Madrid will be very difficult to say no.

Meanwhile, MARCA identified 36 Madrid first-team players who could be kept, sold or loaned to reconfigure their squad next season. From James Rodriguez, Gareth Bale and Marcelo; to youngsters like Takefusa Kubo and Martin Odegaard, there are plenty of players who can be part of the summer deals.
