Responding To The Call Of The West Java Police, The Attorney For Confirming Lisa Mariana's Status Is Still A Witness

JAKARTA Celebrity Lisa Mariana has fulfilled the summons for an examination at the West Java Regional Police regarding the exciting video case that dragged her name.

His attorney, Jonboy Nababan, confirmed that until now Lisa's legal status is still a witness, not a suspect as was widely reported.

"Until now, the confusing news outside that our client is the only position as a witness who is being questioned," said Jonboy Nababan, via telephone, Tuesday, November 18.

"No, there has been no determination of the suspect," he continued.

Jonboy explained that Lisa never denied the figure in the video. However, he stressed that his client was a victim because the recording was made when Lisa was unconscious due to the influence of drugs and alcohol.

"Our client, Lisa, has never denied that it wasn't him," said Jonboy.

"At the time of the incident, our client was unconscious, affected by drugs and alcohol," he added.

On the other hand, Lisa Mariana had previously been named a suspect in the case of distributing pornographic videos by the West Java Police. This information was confirmed directly by the Head of Public Relations of the West Java Police, Kombes Hendra Rochmawan.

"This is enough, the results of the examination, and we have named the person concerned as a suspect," said Kombes Hendra some time ago.

Not only that, Bareskrim Polri also named Lisa as a suspect in the defamation case against the former Governor of West Java, Ridwan Kamil. He was charged with Article 310 paragraph (1) and/or Article 311 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code related to alleged slander.

The determination of the suspect emerged after the results of a DNA test comparing Ridwan Kamil with Lisa's child with the initials CA showed no match or non-identicality, thus denying the accusations that Lisa had made.
