6 Members Of FANTASY BOYS Sue PocketDoll Studio, Want To Break Contract

JAKARTA - Six members of the FANTASY BOYS group sued their agency PocketDoll Studio on Tuesday, November 18. The six members are Kang Minseo, Lee Hanbin, Hikaru, Hong Sungmin, Kim Gyurae, and Kaedan.

They sued the agency because they wanted to terminate their allegedly problematic exclusive contract. The Fact reported several points of problems including problematic payments, company finances.

In addition, they also asked for the validity of the contract containing the company's bonds to each member of the group. Six members of the compactification stated that PocketDol Studio violated contract requirements and did not even realize payments.

Although the contract contains a cut in labor costs every quarter, most company employees cannot be verified. It does not stop there, the extension of population status for non-Korean members is not implemented on time so that activity restrictions are likely to occur.

Six FANTASY BOYS members submitted documents to their agency on September 30 with a statement that they would terminate the contract on October 28 if no action was taken from the agency.

FANTASY BOYS is a project group from the event of the same name in 2023. Initially, they planned to debut with 12 people but Yu Junwon left the group before debuting.

This year, K-Soul also declared its resignation from the group leaving 10 active people promoting to date.
