Anticipating A Surge In Movement Ahead Of Nataru, ASDP Prepares Layered Services In Java' Bali' Lombok
JAKARTA - Towards the Christmas and New Year (Nataru) period, the Java 'Bali' Bali crossing route has returned to the community's mobility axis. Tourism density, village return flow, and logistical movement are predicted to increase, making these three main routes one of the most crucial points in the year-end holiday period.
PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) ensures that all services on these strategic tracks run in an orderly, reliable, and in line with regulatory policies, especially KSOP and BPTD in each region.
ASDP President Director, Heru Widodo said that the crossing during the Nataru period had a meaning more than just physical travel. This is a space to reunite, celebrate togetherness, and build new stories.
"Therefore, ASDP has prepared a series of layered services so that people can cross Java 'Bali' Lombok smoothly, safely, and safely," he said in an official statement, Monday, November 17.
In the Eastern region, Lembar Port is a vital gateway to NTB and Bali. The high mobility is reflected in the number of passengers and vehicles served by KMP Portlink II and KMP Roditha until October 2025, which are almost 20,000 passengers and more than 35,000 vehicles.
General Manager of ASDP Lembar Branch, Handoyo Priyanto said the arrangement of the number of ships will follow the density level, supported by the implementation of the delay system in the PDS parking area and the Segenter Terminal.
"The peak current is estimated from 20 to 22 and 27 to 29 December, and the backflow is from 3 to 5 January 2026," said Handoyo.
Meanwhile on the west side, Ketapang Port strengthens operating patterns through the national consolidation of the Ministry of Transportation. ASDP together with KSOP, BPTD, and related agencies prepare queue management, option to add ship trips, traffic engineering, and transfer of large and small vehicles to alternative routes if needed. Adaptive operating patterns are expected to maintain smooth travel on the Ketapang 'Gilimanuk route throughout the Nataru period.
Meanwhile, ASDP Corporate Secretary, Windy Andale, emphasized that the main strength of this year's Nataru service lies in the digitization of Ferizy. With the purchase of online tickets since D-60, people no longer need to queue at the port.
"Intensive education is carried out through various digital channels and information posts in the area so that service users understand the procedures for ordering, validating personal data, and the provisions for arrival times," said Windy.
Windy added that ASDP is committed to providing excellent service through Ferizy digitization with various service facilities for users, including simplifying the refund and reschedule schemes.
Penalti refund yang sebelumnya terdiri dua cut 25 persen biaya administrasi dan 50 persen harga tiket kini hanya satu kali potong sebesar 25 persen dari harga tiket.

Similar things apply to the reschedule, where users are only subject to a 10 percent discount on ticket prices, much lighter than the previous scheme which cut a total of 50 percent. This convenience is expected to provide greater flexibility for the public in planning year-end travel," he said.
With operational strengthening, intensive cross-agency coordination, and growing digitization of services, ASDP is optimistic that crossings on the Java 'Bali' Bali route during Nataru will run more smoothly and under control.
"The momentum of going home and gathering at the end of this year is expected to be a journey that brings a memorable experience to the whole community," he said.
