Paul Stanley Remembers Ace Frehley's Contribution As Unplaced Kiss Foundation
JAKARTA - Paul Stanley, remembers the late Ace Frehley with emotion. He mentioned the contribution of guitarists who died on October 16 as the foundation that built the great monument named KISS.
Although famous for the frequent disagreements, both with Frehley and with Peter Criss' original drummer Kiss 'Stanley insists that it is a dynamic in a "family".
"It's no secret that we have a lot of differences with Ace, a lot of differences with Peter, but that's a family name. All of these Kiss monuments were built on the foundation that was founded by them," Stanley said in a question and answer session at the KISS Kruise: Landlocked In Vegas, quoted by Blabbermouth, Tuesday, November 18.
Stanley admits that Kiss's journey will never begin without the crucial role of the initial personnel, although on their way they must separate.
"We can't start without them, and we can't continue with them, but it doesn't change (their contribution)," said the Kiss vocalist and guitarist.
The man nicknamed Starchild also expressed his deepest hopes for Frehley, who is often known for his wild lifestyle.
