England Prints History, Harry Kane: We Are One Of The Favorites To Raise The 2026 World Cup Trophy
JAKARTA - Harry Kane believes England have one of their best squads after closing the perfect 2026 World Cup Qualifiers with a 2-0 win over Albania.
Bayern Munich striker Kane scored both goals as Thomas Tuchel's side won eight wins from eight in Group K.
The 32-year-old said England will head into next summer's tournament as one of their favorites to lift trophies.
"I think this is as good as we ever had. I think when you look at the lineup of the starting players, you see the players coming off the bench, we will enter this tournament as one of the favorites."

"We have to accept it. We've been like that for the last few tournaments. It's an inseparable part."
"So, we've been building, we've had a great year with the new coach. Now, we're looking forward to a great 2026."
"I think we have set standards, especially in the last few training camps, and we are continuing in this training camp."
"It was an important win. You certainly don't want to end up losing at the end of the year, then have to wait until March 2026 to play again. We can go and enjoy it now," Kane told ITV.
England's victory over Albania saw them complete the entire 2026 World Cup Qualifiers unbeaten, scoring 22 goals and not conceding a single goal.
They are the second European team to win all of their games in the World Cup Qualifiers without a single goal conceded, afterition in the 1954 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers.
