Consider It Reasonable That The Target Distribution Of 288 Thousand Smartboards Resigns, Prabowo: Many Regions Are Very Difficult
JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto emphasized that he did not question if the distribution target of 288,000 thousand units of interactive flat panels (IFP) or smartboards in all Indonesian schools was delayed from the schedule set for December 17, 2025.
According to him, this is very natural considering that a number of schools in several parts of Indonesia take longer for device delivery and installation.
"I always order, don't force it. If it's back and forth, 1.2.3 weeks, don't be a problem. Because I know that many areas are very difficult. We can see in the video, some use boats, some use motorbikes to villages," Prabowo said at the launch of Digitalization Learning for Smart Indonesia at SMP Negeri 4 Bekasi City, West Java, Monday, confiscated by Antara.
Prabowo said that the provision of smartboards for schools throughout Indonesia is the government's effort to produce quality human resources (HR).
Indonesian children are required to receive a decent and quality education so that they will not lose to other countries.
Therefore, Prabowo is determined to improve education problems in Indonesia, ranging from quality, quality, to facilities.
"We are not playing games, the problem of education is the investment of the nation's future," he said.

The provision of interactive flat panels (IFP) or smartboards in schools is in line with Presidential Instruction Number 7 of 2025 concerning the revitalization of education units, the development of superior schools, to the acceleration of learning digitization.
The smartboard features virtual distance learning, by presenting a teacher who can interact directly with his students to guide the learning process.
The government targets that each class will have a smartboard as a standard facility. This year, around 288,000 IFP units are scheduled to be sent to 330 thousand schools in all regions in Indonesia.
The device delivery process is reported to have reached 215,572 units, with 172,550 of them arriving at schools and 43,022 others still on their way. The government targets all these devices to be fully available at recipient schools by December 2025.
