XLSMART's Customers Reached 79.6 Million in Q3 2025, a 36 Percent Increase
JAKARTA - PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk (XLSMART) successfully posted revenue of IDR 11.47 trillion in Q3 2025, an increase of approximately 38% year-on-year (YoY).
Data and digital service revenue contributed more than 89.7% to total revenue. Overall, XLSMART's revenue in the first half of 2025 reached IDR 30.57 trillion.
XLSMART's current and future performance success is undoubtedly supported by three pillars of business growth: Mobile, Enterprise, and Home.
The customer base of XL, AXIS, and Smartfren surged to 79.6 million (up 36% YoY). Improved network quality contributed to an increase in average revenue per user (ARPU) to IDR 39,000, a double-digit increase compared to the previous quarter.
Meanwhile, users of digital applications such as myXL, AXISnet, and mySmartfren reached 39.1 million monthly active users, a 21% YoY increase.
The company stated that the integration of the XL, AXIS, and Smartfren networks is proceeding according to schedule. Through this integrated network, customer download speeds have increased by 71%, while Smartfren's user coverage has expanded by 38%.
Network expansion is also being driven by the use of National Roaming and MOCN technology, which connect the XL and Smartfren networks. As a result, Smartfren customers can now reach an additional 192 cities/areas in Indonesia.
Meanwhile, until the end of September By 2025, XLSMART will have more than 209,000 base transceiver stations (BTS), a 27% year-on-year increase. This expanding infrastructure is in line with a surge in service traffic, which will reach 3,903 petabytes, a 53% increase compared to last year.
