"We are here to serve our brothers and sisters who will express their opinions humanely and professionally," said Kombes Susatyo in Jakarta, quoted from ANTARA, Monday.

Personnel Are Not Equipped With Firearms

To ensure that the atmosphere of the action remains safe and comfortable, Susatyo firmly ensures that all personnel on duty in the field are not equipped with firearms.

He explained that the police were here to provide the best space and services for people who wanted to express their aspirations.

"We want the whole process to run safely, orderly, and respect each other," he said.

The police chief appealed to the orators to remain wise and not to issue statements that could trigger tensions between action participants. He also emphasized the importance of maintaining public order during the action.

Prohibition Of Damage To Public Facilities And Burning Tires

Susatyo specifically asked the masses not to take actions that could endanger or damage public facilities.

"We invite all participants of the action not to throw stones at officers, not to burn used tires, and not to damage public facilities. Officers in the field are there to serve, so let's keep the atmosphere conducive," said Susatyo.

He hopes the demonstration can run safely without incident, and invites the masses not to be easily provoked by any provocations.
