Landslides In Pandanarum Village, Banjarnegara BPBD Record 179 Refugees To Pendopo

BANJARNEGARA - The Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Banjarnegara Regency, Central Java, handled the landslide disaster that occurred in Situkung Hamlet, Pandanarum Village, Sunday, at around 13.30 WIB.

Head of BPBD Banjarnegara Regency Aji Piluroso said the Banjarnegara BPBD Rapid Response Team had been dispatched to the scene to conduct a rapid assessment and assessment.

"Based on data as of 16.35 WIB, 179 people were recorded to have fled to the Pandanarum District Hall. Currently, there have been no confirmed deaths," he said when contacted from Cilacap, Antara, Sunday, November 16.

He said the Banjarnegara BPBD had not yet received a report regarding the number of damaged houses as a result of the incident because data collection was still being carried out.

In the 26-second video footage circulating via WhatsApp, a number of residents were seen running when a landslide occurred from a hill located not far from the settlement.
