OPPO Introduces Apex Guard, New Technology To Improve Device Quality

JAKARTA OPPO introduces Apex Guard, a technology specifically designed to improve hardware quality and smartphone software.

With this new technology, OPPO seeks to significantly increase the age of using the device. The hope is that this technology can maximize the user experience, even when the phone is used outside of everyday habits.

The first device to get this technology is the Find X9 series. Before being integrated into the product, OPPO said that they had done initial research first. This research focuses on materials to device validation.

"Quality is the foundation of everything. Through continuous breakthroughs in quality, OPPO is committed to protecting the freedom of every user in their life journey," said Grus Shan, Director of Manufacturing OPPO, in a statement on Saturday, November 15.

The Apex Guard is developed through three main dimensions. First, OPPO developed advanced materials such as Ultra-High-Strength Steel and the AM04 aerospace class aluminum alloy. OPPO also uses Armor Shield to provide much stronger physical protection.

The next improved dimension is quality through battery innovation. The company uses Silicon-Carbon Batteries with customized materials to maintain long-term security.

This innovation is claimed to be able to extend the lifespan of battery cells by up to 400 additional cycles. Finally, OPPO is working with leading international testing institutions such as TryptoV Rheinland and SGS to implement much higher and stricter testing standards than the industry average.
