The Creative Economy Encourages Creative Talent Development To Be Technology Literacy
JAKARTA - The Ministry of Creative Economy/The Creative Economy Agency (Ekraf) is exploring strategic collaboration with PT's creative digital agency. Future Imaji (Imaginexis) to strengthen digital transformation and development of technology literate creative talents through the Indonesia Digital Outlook 2026 event titled DIGINEX conXperience.
"The Ministry of Creative Economy strongly supports the DIGINEX conXperience event which is an important agenda for many people so that they can adapt to using digital technology and combine it with the digital ecosystem," said Ekraf Minister Teuku Riefky Harsya quoting Antara.
DIGINEX conXperience DIGINEX, which is scheduled for September next year, is considered an important forum in spurring Indonesia's digital creative economy ecosystem.
Minister Ekraf also mentioned priorities for digital transformation and strengthening the creative ecosystem through various programs, including data improvement, commercialization of Intellectual Property Rights, and the development of digital talent.
The Minister of Creative Economy also encouraged Imaginexis to collaborate with the Ministry of Informatics and Digital Affairs (Komdigi) which has the same concern to strengthen the competitiveness of the digital creative industry.
So that this event can be implemented and achieve digital transformation together. Because the Ministry of Communication and Industry has a target of the National Digital Transformation Index (ITDN) and has compiled a White Book for the Roadmap for National Artificial Intelligence and the Concept of Guidelines for Artificial Intelligence Ethics. Meanwhile, the Main Performance Indicators (IKU) from the Ministry of Creative Economy are more aimed at investment realization, export value, labor, and GDP targets," explained the Minister of Creative Economy.
Deputy for Digital and Technology Creativity, Muhammad Neil El Himam, said the Ministry of Creative Economy has the principle of hexahelix collaboration in which apart from the government there must be involvement from academics, businesses, media, communities, and financial institutions.
"DIGINEX events can also be connected to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN) so that they can be in line between ministries and institutions to strengthen the creative economy ecosystem based on Information Technology (IT), especially digitalization," said Neil.

The Ministry of Creative Economy highlights the importance of digitalization as a tool of economic growth and job creation, especially for young people. The Special Staff of the Minister for Strategic and Inter-Institutional Issues, Rian Syaf also considers that digitalization cannot be separated from the creative economy and innovation is the key word of all of that.
He said DIGINEX could be directed, such as reshaping the chain of creative economy value, from creation and distribution, leading to digital marketing.
"That is Indonesia's strength because creativity and innovation have never decreased as social capital or digital culture assets that are competitive or competitive," added Rian Syaf.
