JAKARTA - Indonesia is experiencing a very worrying threat of digital sovereignty. The threat is multidimensional, covering technical, economic, and social-culture aspects. The types of attacks that must be anticipated immediately are misuse of personal data, massive cyber attacks and dependence on foreign technology.
This was conveyed by the President Director of PT. Tri Kreasi Mandiri Teknologi (TKMT) Mario Ivan Romano at the National Digital Sovereignty Sharing Session at the TNI Headquarters, Cilangkap on Wednesday 12 November.
Cyber attacks carried out by foreign parties, data theft and hoax spread greatly affect social and political stability.
