The Secretary General Of Health At The Ministry Of Health Was Questioned By The KPK Regarding The Proposal Of Physical DAK At The Koltim Hospital

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is investigating the process of proposing a physical Special Allocation Fund (DAK) for the construction of the East Kolaka Regional General Hospital (RSUD) when examining the Secretary of the Directorate General of Health continued by the Ministry of Health Sunarto on Tuesday, November 11.

KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo said the investigation was carried out at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta.

"The witness was criticized regarding the process of proposing a physical DAK for the construction of hospitals through an application, where the budgeting for the construction of this hospital came from the Ministry of Health's DAK budget," Budi told reporters in a written statement, Thursday, November 13.

The deepening was also carried out on the Head of the Planning and Budget Bureau of the Ministry of Health, Liendha Andajani, who was questioned on Wednesday, November 12.

Previously reported, the KPK named three new suspects for alleged corruption in the construction of the East Kolaka regional general hospital (RSUD). This process is the development of the previous case.

However, the anti-corruption commission has not announced in detail who they are. However, based on the information collected they are HP as staff at the Ministry of Health, YS who is a confidant of former East Kolaka Abdul Azis, and Aswin as a consultant liaison between contractors and PPK.

The KPK has named East Kolaka Regent Abdul Azis as a suspect in the alleged bribery of the construction of a regional public hospital (RSUD) along with four other people. This determination is a follow-up to the hand arrest operation (OTT) on Thursday, August 7, 2025.

Abdul Azis allegedly asked for a project fee of 8 percent or Rp9 billion from the construction of the East Kolaka Hospital, which amounted to Rp126.3 billion.

Then four suspects were also named, namely PIC of the Ministry of Health for the Development of the Andi Lukman Hakim Hospital, Commitment Making Officer (PPK) of the East Kolaka Regional Hospital Development Project Ageng Dermanto, representatives of PT Pilar Pintar Putra (PCP) Deddy Karnady, and KSO of PT PCP Arif Rahman.

Deddy Karnady and Arif Rahman as bribe givers are suspected of violating Article 5 Paragraph (1) Letter a or b or Article 13 of the Corruption Eradication Law (UU Tipikor) in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph 1 1 of the Criminal Code.

Meanwhile, Abdul Azis, Ageng Dermanto, and Andi Lukman as bribe recipients were suspected of violating Article 12 Letter a or b or Article 11 and Article 12 B of the Anti-Corruption Law in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code.
