Tasya Farasya Doesn't Demand Marriage From Her Ex-husband, Only Asks For IDR 100 As A Symbol
JAKARTA In the divorce process, Tasya Farasya showed her independent attitude by not demanding a living from her ex-husband, Ahmad Assegaf.
According to his legal team, from the start Tasya had no problem with living, and even only asked for a symbolic living of Rp. 100.
"No, no. So, for that income yesterday we asked for a symbol, yes, that's all," said Sangun Ragahdo in the South Jakarta area, Wednesday, November 12.
"So whether the defendant will fulfill it or not, then come back to him," he continued.
Sangun emphasized that Tasya, as a successful career woman, does not need financial allowances from her ex-husband.
"As we have said before, Tasya herself doesn't need it. From the start, he didn't expect anything from a living or anything," he added.
Previously, another lawyer, M. Fattah Riphat, also said that his client only asked for a symbolic living worth Rp. 100 from her ex-husband.
He explained that the nominal was chosen because during the marriage Tasya felt that she had never received a living, both physically and mentally, from Ahmad Assegaf.
"In our lawsuit, we applied for a living of Rp. 100 because so far Mrs. Tasya felt that she had no living during her marriage," explained Fattah at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Wednesday, September 24.
"So we better propose it as a form of the responsibility of the ex-husband to his children only worth Rp. 100," he continued
