SURABAYA - Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy (Menparekraf) Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno guided about East Java tourism in front of Governor Khofifah Indar Parawansa.
"Burn the fish eat it on the edge of the times, invite the family while drinking coffee, the pandemic period of this country has begun to recover, let's revive East Java tourism," said Sandiaga in Grahadi Surabaya, quoted by Antara, Friday, May 21.
Not only that, the former Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta delivered the second pantun.
"Go to the city park while exercising, play bicycles with family, all proud to travel in Indonesia, the greatest beautiful tourism of East Java," said Sandiaga.
The Governor of Khofifah who was standing right next to him smiled and applauded with the pantun delivered by Sandiaga Uno.
Pantun is a characteristic of Minister Sandiaga Uno when visiting anywhere.
Some time ago, he wanted pantun to become a habit so that tourism and creative economy are increasingly known.
Sandiaga encourages pantun to continue to be echoed as an effort to preserve Indonesia's cultural heritage, especially the country's pantun has been recognized by UNESCO as an intangible cultural heritage.
Sandiaga also claimed to be consistently tucking pantun in every activity he did.
Meanwhile, Sandiaga Uno's visit to Grahadi State Building began the first visit to East Java Province, one of which was to accelerate some realization of the preparation of tourism areas that became national priorities.
Sandiaga Uno was received by the Governor of Khofifah accompanied by a number of heads of regional head organizations (OPD), one of which was the Head of the Cultural and Tourism Office of Jatim Sinarto.
