"Furthermore, I leave it to PSSI, what the situation is going on in the future. We will see in the future what will be like," Nova said as quoted from PSSI's official release, Tuesday, November 11, 2025.
The U-17 Indonesian national team closed the Group H phase of the 2025 U-17 World Cup with a 2-1 win over Honduras U-17. The result of the match on Monday, November 10, 2025, was the determinant of Garuda Muda's steps to qualify for the round of 32 through the best third-placed route even though he still had to wait for the results from other groups.
This victory is also a historical record because the U-17 Indonesian national team managed to complete the group stage match with a win even though in the previous two matches they lost to Zambia U-17 and Brazil U-17.
