2 Directors Of Laptop Providers Become New Suspects Of Corruption In The East Lombok Dikbud Project
The East Lombok District Attorney (Kejari) has named two directors of the laptop supply company as new suspects in the alleged corruption case of the project for the procurement of information and communication technology equipment at the East Lombok Education and Culture Office (Dikbud) in 2022.
Head of the Intelligence Section of the East Lombok Kejari, Ugik Ramantyo, explained that the two additional suspects were LH as Director of PT Temprina Media Grafika and LA as Director of PT Dinamika Indo Media.
"Both of them were named as suspects today according to a letter of determination from the leadership," said Ugik through a statement received in Mataram, Tuesday, which was confiscated by Antara.
Following up on the determination, the prosecutor's investigators immediately detained the two suspects. The suspect LH was entrusted to the Class II B Selong Detention Center and the LA suspect at the Mataram Class III Women's Prison.
"We are holding it for the first 20 days," he said.
From the results of the investigation case, both of them were revealed to have participated in arranging the auction for the procurement project for information and communication technology (ICT) equipment for the Education Sector at the East Lombok Regency Dikbud through the E-Catalog purchase system.
They are suspected of having committed malicious conspiracy with four suspects who have been named earlier by the prosecutor's investigators.
The four suspects have the initials, namely AS as the Secretary of the East Lombok Education and Culture Office for the 2020-2022 period, A (as the Commitment Making Officer/PPK), and S together with MJ as the provider of CV Smart Mandiri and PT JP Press.
In the letter of determination of the suspect, two additional suspects were also charged with a similar article with the previous four suspects.

The alleged criminal offense is related to Article 2 paragraph (1) and/or Article 3 in conjunction with Article 18 of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption, as amended by Law Number 20 of 2001 jo. Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code.
Laptops that are the object of cases related to information and communication technology (ICT) equipment for the elementary school level in East Lombok Regency amount to 4,320 units. All laptops are distributed to 282 elementary schools in East Lombok Regency.
In this investigation, the prosecutor's office has found criminal evidence strengthened by the results of the audit of state financial losses. From the results of the audit by a public accountant, the value of the loss reached Rp9.27 billion.
