Baek Jong Won Proven Not Wrong Over The Company Case, Ready To Return To TV

JAKARTA - Chef of celebrity and television star Baek Jong Won was found not guilty of several cases that befell his culinary company, The Born Korea.

Several reports state that foodstuffs used are of low quality ranging from potatoes to meat. Complaints related to the use of tools and sterilization of equipment were also submitted to the authorities.

However, the sterilization case closed after the police conducted an initial investigation and there was no evidence that led to Baek Jong Won.

Tuesday, November 11, according to Nate, Gangnam Police stated that Baek Jong Won was clear of all charges against him. The police find it difficult to find violations of the Label and Food Advertising Law from Baek Jong Won as CEO.

Therefore, the police did not hand over the case to the prosecutor at the end of last October.

Even so, two Korean staff and The Born were declared to have violated the law and cases were referred without detention.

"We have thoroughly reviewed the entire company including the issues investigated and have completed all the necessary improvements. We are doing our best to prevent this," said a representative from The Born Korea.
