Krom Bank Records 230 Percent Increase In Customers In The Third Quarter Of 2025

JAKARTA - PT Krom Bank Indonesia Tbk (BBSI) recorded a solid performance during the third quarter of 2025. As of September 2025, Krom Bank's Third Party Fund grew to 212 percent year on year (Y-O-Y) or reached IDR 6.97 trillion. In line with that, profit before tax (PBT) was recorded at IDR 161.64 billion, an increase of 17 percent (Y-O-Y). The company's assets also increased 87 percent (Y-O-Y) to IDR 10.67 trillion, this achievement is a form of the commitment of the Krom Bank which continues to grow healthily and sustainably.

"The growth of DPK, profits and assets show that the position of Krom Bank is increasingly trusted by customers and the community as a place to store and develop funds. Krom Bank is committed to continuing to grow together with the community and customers," said the President Director of Krom Bank, Anton Hermawan, in a written statement, Tuesday, November 11.

Anton added that the number of customers in Krom Bank had grown 2.3 times at the end of September 2025 or it could be said that it had increased 230 percent when compared to the same period the previous year. The increase in the number of customers is the success of Krom Bank as a Digital bank that continues to gain the trust of customers and the community.

"This achievement cannot be separated from the Krom Bank's strategy in strengthening competitiveness based on sustainable innovation and ecosystem expansion. We actively focus on two main things, namely expanding market reach and increasing the value of our core products. For expansion, we are initiating collaboration with strategic parties - both inside and outside our ecosystem - to accelerate the acquisition of new customers and expand the use of Krom in society," explained Anton.

In stimulating the growth of public interest in investment and attracting new users, Krom Bank also provides various interesting programs such as collaborating with partners to integrate Krom digital banking services into customers' daily transactions.

On the intermediary side, the expansion of Krom Bank's credit distribution also continues to grow rapidly. Until September 2025, Krom Bank has recorded credit disbursement of Rp7.96 trillion or grew by 124 percent when compared to the period in September 2024 of Rp3.54 trillion. Meanwhile, the credit disbursement was balanced with the improvement in Non-Perfoming Loan (NPL) at the level of 2.64 percent or an improvement of 6bps compared to the previous year of 2.70 percent.

"Krom Bank focuses on lending and quality growth by prioritizing good governance principles and prudence, this growth cannot be separated from the Krom Bank's strategy to target priority sectors such as MSMEs, productive consumption, and retail financing in the future.
