Honda Gold Wing Tour 2026 Officially Receives Update
JAKARTA Honda officially presents a new color choice for its premium touring model, the Gold Wing Tour in 2026. Even though it is only in the form of aesthetic refreshment, this step still attracts the attention of motor touring fans.
According to the Japanese manufacturer, there are three selected colors offered for the 2026 model: Candy Ardent Red, Gunmetal Black Metallic, and Pearl Deep Mud Gray. This change comes to coincide with the 50th anniversary of the existence of the Gold Wing line, as reported by Visordown, Monday, November 10.
From the engine and performance side, there is no big update. This motorbike still carries a 1.883 cc six-silinder horizontal engine which produces about 127.7 bhp of power at 5,500 rpm and a 125.3 lb-ft torque at 4,500 rpm.
There are four driving modes available on the Gold Wing Tour, namely Sport, Econ, Rain, and of course, Tour. The last mode is the basic setting for "comfort and energy", according to Honda.
The seven-speed DCT (Dual Clunch Transmission) automatic transmission is also available, equipped with a creep' function for maneuvering at low speeds. The audio system as well as connectivity between motorists and passengers are updated.

Honda claims to have sold more than 280,000 DCT-tech motorcycles in Europe since it was first launched on the VFR1200F in 2009. The DCT system has seven speed levels, with a coupling feel, gear movement speed, and up/down gear movement designed specifically for each driving mode.
But structurally or machine specifications, the 2026 model has no significant changes compared to the previous generation. That is, for users who are familiar with the previous version of the Gold Wing Tour, the main characteristics remain the same.
With an empty weight of about 373 kg for the basic version and 21 liter tank capacity, this motor still confirms itself as one of Honda's big tourings. Premium features such as double wishbone front suspensions, TFT screens for infotainment systems, as well as Apple CarPlay/Android Auto connectivity are also available.
