Electric Car Chery J6T Officially Launches In Indonesia, Prices Still Mysterious
Chery Sales Indonesia officially launched the Chery J6T electric car on Saturday, November 8. Unfortunately, this Chinese manufacturer still doesn't want to announce the price and will only be given the Gaikindo Jakarta Auto Week (GJAW) event on November 21.
The appearance of Chery J6T carries a more stiff look thanks to the wider design of the body. Mocked with sharp body components, giving an aggressive impression.
Starting from the front, the bumper is redesigned in a thicker style. Likewise, the engine hood with a higher center. Meanwhile, the lights and grip still looks similar to the regular Yogy J6.
The front and back Fender are getting fatter with firm design fibers. This sector is the main factor in boosting the appearance of Chery J6T. Boxes on Chery J6 are now made more integrated with the body, especially thanks to the smoother part of the angle.
The light in the form of the letter i is still the same, the bumper is visited by a little sweetener in the form of a body-colored underguard. Meanwhile, the interior does not get a significant change.

In the kitchen, Chery J6T uses a Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery with a capacity of 65.69 kWh for the rear wheel drive variant (RWD) with a distance of 431 Km based on NEDC. While the iWD variant is 69.77 kWh with a distance of 436 km (NEDC).
Unfortunately, Chery Indonesia still doesn't want to leak the price for this new model. Vice Country Director of PT Chery Sales Indonesia Budi Darmawan, said that the price announcement will be held on November 21 at the GJAW event.
"The price will be announced on November 21. Later, the price positioning can be seen (whether above or below J6)," Budi said at the launch in Bogor, Saturday, November 8.
"Because actually almost 90 percent is the same basic (with J9), but there are some improvements," he continued.
Budi explained that this car can be ordered and has many benefits, if ordered before the 21st. Starting from life battery guarantees, free of installation of wall charging and free of choice for one J6 accessory.
