Super League Results: Arema Loses Slightly 1-2 Against Persija
JAKARTA Arema FC failed to secure points when they acted as hosts to host Persija Jakarta in the 2025/2026 Super League continued week.
The match week 12 of the Super League between the hosts Arema and Persija Jakarta ended with a narrow score of 1-2 at the Kanjuruhan Stadium, Malang, East Java, on Saturday, November 8, 2025.

The incident was triggered by Paulinho Moccellin's hard tackle against Allano Lima on the side of the field. Allano was provoked and there was a push to each other that triggered the two camps to flock.

Host Arema managed to take the lead in this match. They broke into the opponent's goal in the 12th minute through Valdeci Moreira's free kick.
Persija then scored two winning goals in the first five minutes of the second half. All the two goals were scored by Exel Rukahu in the 48th minute and 50th minute, respectively.
Eksel scored the first goal after successfully welcoming Bruno Tubarao's cross which left Lucas Frigeri helpless and only saw the ball sliding into the net.
Just two minutes after Eksel R untukahu scored again to bring his team ahead. This second goal also occurred through a header thanks to Dony Tri Pamungkas' cross.
