Police Reveal The Discovery Of Frameworks In Sawoo Forest, Victim Identity Is Still Mysterious
PONOROGO - Police are now conducting an investigation regarding the discovery of a human skeleton in the 116 B plot forest area, Temon Village, Sawoo District, Ponorogo Regency, East Java, Friday afternoon, November 7.
Kasatreskrim Ponorogo Police AKP Imam Mujali, Saturday said, from the results of the initial examination, the skeleton is estimated to have been at the location for more than a month.
The police also have not found any signs of violence on the victim's body.
"The skeleton is still intact from head to toe and is suspected to be male. Meanwhile, there are no indications of a criminal act", said Imam, quoted from ANTARA, Saturday, November 8.
Upon receiving the report, officers from the Sawoo Police together with the Ponorogo Police identification team immediately went to the location to conduct a crime scene (TKP) and put up a police line.

Around the location, officers found a number of items, including a plaid brown jacket, black trousers, green flip-flops, a batik shirt that reads the State 1 Biak City High School, and a 1.5 meter long green rope.
The human skeleton was then evacuated to dr. Harjono Ponorogo for further examination by the forensic team.
Until now, the identity of the victim is not yet known because there are no reports of loss of residents in accordance with these characteristics.
"The team is still investigating the identity and cause of death of the victim. We urge people who feel they have lost their family members in the last two months to report to the nearest police station," said Imam.
