Cross-Collaboration Of The Ministry Of Colors The Opening Of Jakarta Muslim Fashion Week 2026
JAKARTA - As a form of real support for the national fashion industry, a number of deputy ministers of the Red and White Cabinet attended the Jakarta Muslim Fashion Week (JMFW) 2026 event.
Deputy Minister of Trade Dyah Roro Esti, in his statement in Jakarta, Saturday, said the presence of a number of deputy ministers was proof of cross-ministerial collaboration in accordance with President Prabowo Subianto's direction.
"I am very grateful to my wamen friends, who have supported and been directly involved in the implementation of JMFW 2026," he said while attending the opening of JMFW 2026 in Jakarta, as reported by ANTARA, Saturday, November 8.
Present at the opening ceremony were Deputy Minister of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Veronica Tan, Wamenekraf Irene Umar, Deputy Minister of Population and Family Development Ratu Ayu Isyana Bagoes Oka, Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science and Technology Stella Christie, Deputy Minister of Tourism Ni Luh Puspa, and Deputy Coordinating Minister Farida Farichah.
"The presence of us here is clear evidence of cross-ministerial collaboration in accordance with the direction of President Prabowo," he said.

Deputy Minister of Trade Roro added that he and the Deputy Ministers of the Red and White Cabinet also played an active role as inspiration in fashion shows from local Indonesian designers.
"I and the Deputy Ministers of the Red and White Cabinet have just been asked to become a muse (inspiration) of Indonesian local designers and that is a form of real support from the government so that our clothing can penetrate the global market," added Roro Esti.
The Deputy Minister of Trade also hopes that with the support of all parties in helping organize JMFW 2026, Indonesian products, especially in the Muslim fashion industry, can become a tool for all Muslim countries in the world.
"Of course, we hope that the presence of JMFW 2026 can make Indonesia a Muslim fashion qibla around the world. Moreover, we are the largest Muslim country in the world plus the works of our nation's children who are not inferior to foreign designers," said Deputy Minister of Trade Roro.
