FLPP And KPP Programs Real Form President Prabowo's Participation In The Housing Sector
JAKARTA - Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP) Maruarar Sirait (Ara) revealed that the Housing Program Credit (KPP) and Housing Financing Liquidity Facilities are a tangible manifestation of President Prabowo's government in the housing sector.
"KPP and FLPP are a tangible manifestation of President Prabowo Subianto's government in the housing sector," said Ara as quoted by ANTARA, Friday, November 7.
Based on data from the Public Housing Savings Management Agency (BP Tapera), it was recorded that the distribution of Housing Financing Liquidity Facilities (FLPP) until November 3 reached 213,630 housing units or Rp. 26.51 trillion.
Meanwhile, according to data from the Ministry of PKP, the realization of the distribution of housing program credit (KPP) until November 4, 2025 reached IDR 267.1 billion.
The Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) is a housing financing subsidy program provided by the government to help low-income people buy houses under a subsidized mortgage scheme.
Through this program, the government provides cheap funds to channeling banks so that people can get houses with low interest rates, low down payment, and long tenors.
The management of FLPP is carried out by BP Tapera. This program has been running since 2010 and continues to be updated to meet the needs of the community for affordable housing.
Meanwhile, the Housing Program Credit (KPP) is carried out based on the Regulation of the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs (Permenko) No. 13 of 2025 and the Ministerial Regulation (Permen) of PKP No. 13 of 2025.
KPP is a working capital financing credit and/or investment financing credit given to micro, small and medium enterprises in the form of individuals or business entities in order to support the achievement of priority programs in the housing sector.
Those who are entitled to receive KPP from the supply side include MSMEs or business actors such as housing developers, construction service providers or contractors and building materials traders.
