He explained that this policy was taken because Solo was in mourning the death of Sinuhun Pakubuwana XIII and coincided with the celebration of Persis' 102nd birthday.
"We understand this condition. All of this is to maintain a good relationship between Solo and Yogyakarta which has been harmonious," he said.
Burhanudin added that the committee only opened a few online tickets with a total quota of 17,000 spectators. Tickets are focused on Solo supporters and non-DIY ID card owners, and there will be an identity check at the stadium.
"If there are indications that Yogyakarta supporters will enter, the police will take action. I urge the Brajamusti family not to force themselves to attend," he said.
Meanwhile, the big family of Brajamusti and PSIM Yogyakarta also expressed their condolences for the death of Sinuhun Pakubuwana XIII.
"We share our deepest condolences," said Burhanudin.
From the technical side of the match, PSIM is fully prepared for the rise of Persis. Laskar Mataram is determined to make positive results in this important visit to strengthen his position in the standings.
