Kejari Donggala Selidiki Dugaan Korupsi Rp5 Miliar Di PDAM Uwe Lino
DONGGALA - The District Attorney's Office (Kejari) of Donggala Regency, Central Sulawesi, received reports of alleged corruption in Uwe Lino's Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) funds with an abuse value of up to IDR 5 billion.
"Regarding the initial investigation, we have summoned the Inspectorate of the Donggala Regency as the reporter to provide information to investigators," said Head of the Intelligence Section of the Donggala Kejari, Ikram, in Banawa, Antara, Friday, November 7.
He explained that the Donggala Inspectorate had submitted the Examination Result Report (LHP) to the prosecutor's office. "We have received the report and are currently studying it and being investigated by the special criminal field," he said.
Based on the results of the examination, the alleged misuse of Uwe Lino's PDAM funds occurred between 2022 and 2025. Ikram added that the follow-up examination was scheduled for November 11, with the plan to summon external parties from PDAM Uwe Lino.
"The identity that we will examine cannot be conveyed because it is still in the process of being investigated," he said.
He ensured that the prosecutor's office would examine all parties related to the alleged misuse of funds, both from internal and external PDAM.
