Nusron Hands Over Foreign Ministry Asset Certificates To Have Clear Legal Certainty
JAKARTA - Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/Head of the Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Nusron Wahid handed over a certificate of use rights for assets belonging to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Kemenlu).
The certificate was handed over to the Minister of Foreign Affairs (Menlu) Sugiono at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Building, Jakarta, today.
The handover of the certificate, according to Nusron, is carried out so that state-owned assets are safe and have clear legal certainty.
Later, after submitting the certificate of use rights for the assets of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, one of them will be continued to the Ministry of Agriculture (Kementan).
Previously, Nusron had also submitted a certificate of use rights for assets belonging to the TNI.
"Today we secured it by making legal certainty on the assets of BMN (state property) friends of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs," Nusron told reporters at the location, Thursday, November 6.
One of the certificates was grant land from the former British Embassy.
"(The location of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' assets) was in HI, later it will be said in Tanah Abang and Cijantung. Later we will tidy up the rest," he said.

According to Nusron, the government is currently aggressively securing BMN so that it has legal certainty. BMN can have central, regional governments, SOEs as well as assets that used to be consequences to the private sector but for the results it is 'unfavorable' optimally for the state.
"Later there will be a policy surprise that I cannot announce now and has received directions from the President to secure state property policies, state-owned lands that used to be consensing to the private sector. But, that's waiting for the playing date," he explained.
