Ni Kadek is the only Indonesian women's singles in this tournament. He previously in the first half also fought rubber games to beat third seed Sung Shuo Yun.
Interestingly, this is Ni Kadek's debut appearance in the Super 300 BWF level tournament and immediately walked all the way to the quarter-finals, a round that he always failed to climb when appearing in Super 100.
"Being able to enter the last eight makes me confident in the next match. For tomorrow whoever the opponent focuses on staying at the stage by stage," he said.
In the quarter-finals tomorrow, November 7, 2025, Ni Kadek meets Park Ga-eun. The South Korean representative qualified after overthrowing seventh seed Huang Yu-Hsun, who is also from China Taipei.
Indonesia has placed a total of three representatives in the quarter-finals of the Korea Masters 2025. The other two tickets were obtained by Mohammad Zaki Ubaidillah and Raymond Indra/Nikolaus Joaquin.
Ubaidillah qualified after stopping Viren Nettasisinghe from Sri Lanka, while Raymond/Nikolaus beat their compatriot Mu wayad Putra Erwusyah/Daniel Edgartuno.
