Danrem Affirms Trial Of Prada Lucky Chepril Saputra Namo Transparan And Without Intervention

KUPANG - Danrem 161 / Wira Sakti Brigadier General Hendro Cahyono emphasized that the legal process for the case of Prada Lucky Chepril Saputra Namo was transparent and without intervention from any party. The entire trial can be seen openly by the public and the media.

"The trial process of Prada Lucky is very transparent. All media see that we are not covering up," said Hendro in Kupang, Thursday, November 6.

In addition, Hendro revealed an alleged violation by Pelda Christian. This allegation departs from the report of the Commander of Kodim Rote Ndao. Pelda Christian is suspected of violating Article 103 of the Criminal Procedure Code for deliberately not complying with official orders.

The order in question refers to ST Panglima TNI Number 398 of 2009 concerning the prohibition of soldiers from having a husband and wife relationship outside of a legal marriage. "It is suspected of having a relationship with women outside of marriage both officially and religiously from 2018 to having two children," said Hendro.

The regulation is strengthened by Kep Kasad Number 330/4/2018 concerning technical instructions for PDTH placement procedures (Disrespectful Dismissal).

Hendro ensured that his authority was fully guarding the pretrial course. "I assure you, this process is transparent and there is no intervention from anyone. We will oversee it together," he said.
