JCI On Wednesday Opened Slightly Lower 0.14 Points To 4,529.69 Levels
JAKARTA - The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) opened higher on Wednesday, April 29 trading. JCI opened slightly higher by 0.01 percent or 0.14 points to 4,529.69 levels.
Opening trades, 27 stocks rose, 24 stocks fell, and 16 stocks remained unchanged. The trading volume was recorded at 62.42 million shares and was transacted for IDR 20.54 billion.
Binaartha Sekuritas analyst M. Nafan Aji Gusta Utama assessed that today the JCI will move stronger. "There is a potential for further strengthening in the JCI movement so that it has the opportunity to go to the nearest resistance," Nafan said.
Based on technical analysis, the resistance area is located in the range 4,569 to 4,747. While the support levels range from 4,443 to 4,318.
As for a number of share recommendations that can be considered by investors, namely PT Astra Agro Lestari (AALI), PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI), PT Bank CIMB Niaga (BNGA), PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa (INTP), PT Matahari Department Store (LPPF), and PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung (WEGE).
This morning, stocks that were among the top gainers, including PT Borneo Olah Sarana Sukses Tbk (BOSS) which rose 6.85 percent to Rp78, PT Elnusa Tbk (ELSA) which rose 4.30 percent to Rp194, and PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR) which strengthened 3.57 percent to IDR145.
Meanwhile, stocks that are among the top losers include PT Bima Sakti Pertiwi Tbk (PAMG) which fell 6.76 percent to Rp69, PT Meta Epsi Tbk (MTPS), which fell 6.21 percent to Rp272, and PT Intan Baruprana. Finance Tbk (IBFN), which weakened 6.06 percent to Rp310.
