The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has brought nine out of a total of 10 people who were arrested in the Hand Catch Operation (OTT) in Riau Province on Monday, November 3. Those who have undergone intensive examinations in Riau were then flown to Jakarta for further investigation.

KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo confirmed the transfer to the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, on Tuesday, November 4.

Budi has not detailed the identities of the nine people. However, he confirmed that the transfer process was carried out in two groups, namely morning and afternoon.

"We'll see, we'll get to K4 soon," he said regarding identity.

"There are 9 people who were brought today, later there will be two groups morning and afternoon. Apart from the parties who were secured, there was also some money as evidence that was secured in this arrest activity," he continued.

Previously, Deputy Chairperson of the KPK, Fitroh Rohcahyanto, had confirmed that one of the parties arrested was Riau Governor Abdul Wahid and a number of officials at the Riau Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR).
