Bogor Smart Health: Digital Innovation Enhances Transparency and Healthcare Services

BOGOR - Bogor City Health Office officially launched the Bogor Smart Health One Health Data Information Portal as an effort to increase transparency, effectiveness, and ease of access to health information for the public. The portal can be accessed via the dinkes.kotabogo.id website.

Head of the Bogor City Health Office, Sri Nowo Retno, said that Bogor Smart Health is an integrated health information center that collects various health data and services in Bogor City. Through the concept of One Health Data, this system is expected to provide digital services that are integrated, accurate, and transparent.

"Through Bogor Smart Health, we want to ensure that the public, health workers, and policy makers can get the latest and most trusted health data easily," said Sri Nowo Retno in Bogor, Friday, November 1.

The portal presents a variety of information ranging from the latest health situation in Bogor City, data on health facilities and services, to programs and activities of the Health Office. In addition, there are also features of Information and Documentation Management Officers (PPID), Public Complaints Service, and Whistle Blowing System to strengthen public transparency.

Sri explained that Bogor Smart Health is a form of update from the official website of the Health Office which is now developing into a data portal and digital health services based on the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE).

Through data integration from puskesmas, hospitals, laboratories, and other health facilities, this portal is also designed to be disability-friendly with a view that is easily accessible to all levels of society.

"This innovation is part of the digital transformation of health services in Bogor City. We want to ensure that every citizen has access to valid and accessible health information," he added.

Furthermore, Sri said that Bogor Smart Health also supports the vision of the 'Healthy and Smart Bogor' as stated in the Bogor City Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD). This portal is also part of the Smart Living pillar in the Smart City and Smart Province programs in West Java.

The implementation of Bogor Smart Health has also shown tangible results. Based on data from the Health Office, the Bogor City SPBE Index increased from 3.72 in 2023 to 4.08 in 2024 with a very good category. In addition, the Community Satisfaction Index rose from 84.1 in 2022 to 95.12 in 2024.

Bogor City also won Best Data Award 2024 and Public Service of The Year 2024, as well as recorded budget efficiency in application development and improvement of the Bureaucratic Reform Index.
