Hamish Daud Mangkir At The Perdana Divorce Session, Raisa's Party Still Present Through His Attorney

JAKARTA The inaugural trial of divorce between singer Raisa Andriana and actor Hamish Daud was officially held at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Monday, November 3.

In the trial scheduled for the summons of these parties, Hamish Daud as the defendant was not present.

Raisa's attorney, Putra Lubis, who came to represent his client, confirmed Hamish's absence.

"Today we were present as attorneys from the plaintiff, but earlier the defendant was not present," said Putra Lubis after the trial at the South Jakarta Religious Court.

As a result of Hamish's absence, the panel of judges decided to postpone the trial and schedule a second summons for the defendant.

"So the next event the trial was postponed for another summons from the parties for the second," explained Putra.

Raisa herself was also not present in person because she had given full power to her legal team.

"Yes, it has been authorized to us," he added.

The follow-up trial is scheduled to take place on November 17 with the same agenda, namely the summons of the parties.
