Jakarta Weather Sunday 2 November: Rain In All Regions, Beware Of Lightning
JAKARTA - The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) predicts that the Jakarta area will experience rain on Sunday, November 2. Rain with varying intensity is expected to occur from noon to early morning in almost all areas of the capital city.
In the morning, the entire Jakarta area is predicted to be thick cloudy. Entering the afternoon, the BMKG predicts rain to flush all over Jakarta, with East Jakarta potentially experiencing rain accompanied by lightning.
By late afternoon, light rain is expected to fall in most parts of Jakarta, while the Thousand Islands are predicted to remain thick cloudy in the early hours of the morning.
The air temperature in Jakarta is estimated to be in the range of 24 to 30 degrees Celsius, with wind speeds reaching 1 to 12 kilometers per hour.
The BMKG appealed to the public to remain alert to the possibility of rain accompanied by lightning and strong winds, especially in East Jakarta and South Jakarta in the afternoon to evening.
