Super League Results 2025/2026: Red Card Colored, Persib Defeats Bali United
JAKARTA - Persib Bandung successfully brought home three points from Bali United headquarters, Captain I Wayan Dipta Stadium, in the 11th week of the 2025/2026 Super League, Saturday, November 1, 2025, WIB night.
Maung Bandung won 1-0 through Andrew Jung (84') against Bali United who played with 10 players since the 66th minute.
In the first half, the game had been running with high intensity from the start. Actions and buying and selling attacks occurred, but none of the two teams' efforts have been able to break the deadlock.
In the middle of the first half, it was marked with a torn Thom Haye shirt. He looked annoyed with the referee and threw the shirt on the ground, before finally returning to the field wearing a new jersey.
Thom Haye created his first chance in the 35th minute. He was the executor of a free kick in front of the Bali United penalty box. However, his shot was still parried by Bali United goalkeeper Mike Hauptmeijer.

In the 40th minute, it was Ramon Tanque's turn to threaten the Tridatu Serdadu goal. After beating some of the hosts in the penalty box, he fired a hard shot that Hauptmeijer could still drive away.
The Bali United goalkeeper again denied Persib's chance of scoring through Federico Barba in the 42nd minute.
Bali United is not without a chance. The hosts got a corner at the end of the match. However, that opportunity could not be maximized.
The score of Bali United vs Persib Bandung in the first half ended without a goal.
The first half match was full of emotions. Persib has obtained three yellow cards, each for Eliano Reijnders, Haye, and Bojan Hodak coach.
Shifting to the second half, Persib continued to maintain the line-up like the first half. No need to wait long, Maung Bandung has taken over the game again since the second half began.
Maung Bandung again surrounded Bali United and launched a wave of attacks. No wonder, the hosts can only rely on counterattacks.
Even so, it was Serdadu Tridatu who had the best chance of breaking the deadlock. The best chance came in the 60th minute through Rahmat Arjuna. He has faced one on one, but Teja Paku Alam's brilliant action could break the opportunity.
Bali United's defense is still difficult for the visitors to penetrate. Therefore, Bojan Hodak began to change three players as well as enter them.
William Marcilio, Frans Putros, and Beckham Putra Nugraha came in to replace Adam Alis, Saddil Ramdani, and Kakang Rudianto.
This change has an impact on sifikan. Persib's dominance of possession is quite troublesome for the hosts.
Moreover, Bali United got poor in the 66th minute. The player who just entered, Mirza Mustific, got a red card right after the review of the video assistant referee (VAR) after being proven to have stepped on Barros' feet.
The player's profit was also used by Maung Bandung to keep pressing. In the 75th minute, Beckham had the opportunity. Unfortunately, the player's shot number 7 still bounced over the Hauptmeijer crossbar.
Bojan Hodak has changed the scheme again. This time it was the turn of striker from France, Andrew Patrcir Jung, to come in to replace Ramon in the 76th minute.
The striker's entry proved effective. The goal we have been waiting for finally comes through Jung's action in the 84th minute.
Starting from Beckham's slick action from the right, he sent a mature pass and Jung headed in to beat Hauptmeijer.
After that goal, Persib relaxed the pressure. After a few minutes the Bali United goal almost broke again through William's efforts. However, this effort has not been able to increase the advantage.
Towards the end of the match, Bojan Hodak began to strengthen his defense in order to defend his advantage. He played Robi Darwis to replace Haye.
The tight defense of Persib, which was held by the duet of Federico Barba and Julio Cesar as well as the excitement of Teja Paku Alam's appearance, frustrated Bali United.
The 1-0 score for Persib's victory remained. With this result, the Blue Prince is now in third place in the Super League standings attached to Persija Jakarta above him.
Persib collected 19 points from nine matches that had been undertaken, one point clear of the Kemayoran Tigers.
